Growing up in Montenegro, as part of the minority setting within the country, and having to listen to some belief systems built in a post suppressive and oppressive society never stopped Nerimanda Bajraktari from pursuing her vision and dreams.

She's had to do it incrementally, with grit and a lot of hardwork, but having gone through a graduate scheme in less than 3 years, this 20+ year old lady is leading a SQUAD in the Terminals and CIoT (Consumer Internet of Things) area at work, she has travelled and worked in over 3 countries and is still on fire.
